In Square Salon is located in the heart of Thomson. It was raining heavily but I'm glad that I made it there for the event as it's a very wonderful and enjoyable event where I learnt alot about the salon and hairstyling tips as well as to get to know more about Hoyu Professional products.
Mr Ivan Hoo, the creative director cum owner of In Square Saloon gave the opening speech. This salon is first established in 1964 by Ms Jessie Tan (Ivan's Mum) and it's been around for 48 years. Ivan took over the reins at In Square. With vast experience accquired through frequent forays into image grooming, professional photo shoots and various industry events, Ivan understands the importance of ensuring relevancy in hair designs for his clients. His dedication to the artistry of hairstyling and belief in providing excellent, holistic style services sets him apart in the hairstyling industry. In square provides a comprehensive beauty services from top to toe. This is definitely a one stop shop to go to if you require any services from makeup to hair-styling.
Ivan went on to introduce the hair care products that are used in the salon, Hoyu Professional Products. Hoyu Professional carry a very extensive range of products from hair treatments, hair care to hair styling products. These products can all be found at In Square.
During the event, there were 2 models who were created with different looks with the hairstyle they had.
These are the looks created on model 1.
For model 2, they did a makeup for her cum hair styling.
They also invited a blogger, Evangeline to have a quick makeover on her hairstyle which turned out to be very nice too.
After the event was over, we were treated to great food and drinks.
The saloon has a very nice ambience despite it being located in a neighbourhood area. The services provided are definitely very professional and extensive. I'm looking forward to going there for their hair services soon.
